All of this personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • So that we may get in touch with you to arrange your participation in skateboarding sessions

  • So that we can design skateboarding sessions to support people with specific health condition and learning needs to participate in our sessions

  • So that we can prioritise access to our sessions for people from specific socio-economic backgrounds

  • So that we can monitor who and where our projects are reaching within Manchester.

We may share this information with MCR Active and PowerHouse for their own monitoring purposes. MCR Active and PowerHouse are our partners in delivering skateboarding sessions during the summer of 2021.

How we store your personal information 

The information you provide via our website or online forms is securely stored on Skate Manchester’s Google Drive. Only accessible by Skate Manchester Directors and is password protected.

Any physical paper-based data completed by you is converted to electronic copy within two weeks. This process happens at Skate Manchester office premises. After data entry electronically, all physical copies are shredded and recycled. 

We will keep your electronic data for 1 year following the delivery of our summer sessions in August 2021, after this time all information will be deleted.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
